The Moonrise Brewery and Winery is a brewery and winery located in the centre of Aldarin. It is the oldest and largest producer of alcohol in Varlamore, and is famously known for their unmatchable variety of wines. Aside from a vineyard that rivals the Hosidius vinery, they own the Sunlight's Sanctum pub and also sell their wine locally in Moonrise Wines.

The Moonrise Winery is over 400 years old, being founded by Bracus Ramio and solely produced wine until Bracus's grandson, Ludovic, expanded the business into brewing. After Ludovic's death, control of the business transferred to a largely anonymous collective of stakeholders around Varlamore.

Information about the various wines sold at the Winery can be found in a book by searching the eastern bookshelf on the upper level of the facility.
