Groats' farm is a large farm in Lumbridge, on the eastern side of the River Lum. The farm is owned by Seth Groats, and is worked by Seth, several farmers, and his daughter Gillie. The farm features a potato field, a dairy pen, a chicken coop, a cooking pot, and a hops patch.
Features
- The main building, where Seth resides, is popular place for collecting eggs and killing chickens. A dairy churn can also be found inside the house. Seth Groats lives here and is involved in the One Small Favour quest, where the player must find some chicken cages for him. An attackable farmer can also be found, often stuck in the small room with the wheel mechanism. A dwarf also appears on the farm during Death to the Dorgeshuun.
- The water mill cellar is located beneath the building, and is first visited during the Death to the Dorgeshuun quest. The cellar can be entered via the trapdoor to the south of the building. During the quest, the H.A.M. members plan to flood the city of Dorgesh-Kaan with water from the River Lum by building a drilling machine in the basement.
- The Lumbridge cow field is found immediately to the east, and contains milkable dairy cows. The cow field is a popular place to train early combat, due to the beef, bones, and cowhide drops. After completing The Ides of Milk, Brutus can be fought at the north end of the field.
