Mature custodian stalkers are slayer monsters that require level 67 Slayer to kill. They are found in the Stalker Den near Auburnvale. They are a Mature version of the stalker creature fought during the quest Shadows of Custodia. They drop the unique Antler Guard, as well as broken antlers and huasca seeds.

The custodian stalker has a special attack where they stomp the ground and douse the player in spores. The special attack is performed once the custodian stalker reaches 20% HP. This attack can miss, and also can be blocked by Protect from Magic and causes the player to bleed for 9 damage over 15 game ticks (9 seconds). It is the same as the bleed applied by Vardorvis' attacks and can stack.
