Steel arrows are stronger than iron arrows, and can be used with any standard bow of oak or stronger. Steel arrows can be made at level 30 Fletching by using 15 steel arrowtips on 15 headless arrows, granting 75 Fletching experience. As with most arrows, they can be poisoned.
Ava's accumulator (from the Animal Magnetism quest) generates steel arrows in the ammo slot, and also randomly attracts items into your inventory.
Steel arrows can be purchased from Lowe's Archery Emporium in Varrock, or Brian's Archery Supplies in Rimmington.
