A bucket of bloodwood sap is an item obtained in Vampyrium by cutting either bloodwood trees or the engorged bloodwood tree, and is used to make seeking arrows.

Buckets of bloodwood sap can be either used on any type of logs that can be fletched into arrow shafts, or directly on any of the unpoisoned arrows. Using one bucket of sap directly on arrows yields 15 seeking arrows, while using one on logs turns it into sap-treated logs.

Because higher tier logs yields higher quantities of arrow shafts per log, using bloodwood sap on logs and then fletching them into seeking arrow shafts will give a better return for the player's time. For arrows that are already made, players can add feathers to the shafts to create seeking headless arrows, then use it on an existing arrow to "upgrade" it to a seeking arrow.

When attempting to collect buckets of bloodwood sap with a full inventory, the bucket will not be collected and will instead be deleted immediately. Logging out will also cause any buckets and buckets of bloodwood sap sitting under the trees to disappear. Teleporting out, however, does not cause them to disappear.

• Using the sap on completed arrows has no fletching requirement however attempting to fletch arrowtips onto seeking headless arrow shafts does require their respective fletching level.

• Upon using lit fire arrows on a bucket of bloodwood sap, a chatbox message appears stating "The sap begins to violently shrivel from the fire. You cannot apply it to this arrow."
