Snowy knights can be used to heal 15 hitpoints without an attack delay making them useful in certain combat situations. Snowy knights can be caught starting at 35 Hunter and no longer require a butterfly net at 45 Hunter. They can be caught at the Rellekka Hunter area north of fairy ring DKS. Use a quest point cape or other teleport near a fairy ring to travel to the hunter area. Using two spawns catch a full inventory of snowy knights. Use a ring of dueling to teleport to Ferox enclave to bank the snowy knights, withdraw butterfly jars, and restore run energy at the Pool of Refreshment.

Players who have a boat with eternal brazier and greater teleport focus built, can dock their boat to Brittle Isle and catch snowy knights there, greatly increasing overall efficiency of this method. Wear Crafting cape or Sailors' amulet for bank teleport, take rune pouch (filled with law, earth, and water runes), fill rest of the inventory with butterfly jars. Cast Teleport to Boat spell to teleport to Brittle Isle. Using the three closest butterfly spawns north of mooring point allow near continuos catching. Bank caught snowy knights at Crafting Guild or Deepfin Point, repeat. At level 90+ Hunter, ~1160 snowy knights can be caught and banked in hourly.

Butterfly jars have relatively low buy limit of 40 in Grand Exchange, making buying them there in large quantities slow. Jars can be obtained much faster by buying them directly from Hunter shops, which all stock 100 butterfly jars in each world. Nardah Hunter Shop is the closest to bank, if banking each inventory of jars. If player has a Huntsman's kit, it's faster to store bought jars in the kit instead of banking them.

Check the live price and daily volume of items on the Grand Exchange before making large investments in any method.
