Pirate Jackie the Fruit's location

The Karamja Diary is an Achievement Diary whose tasks revolve around areas within Karamja, which include the Kharazi Jungle and Mor Ul Rek. This is the first diary to be introduced into the game. The antique lamps earned from its easy, medium, and hard tiers are different than those of other diaries.

Several skill, quest, and item requirements are needed to complete all tasks. Unless stated otherwise, temporary skill boosts can be used to meet the skill requirements.

Rewards can be claimed from Pirate Jackie the Fruit in Brimhaven's Agility Arena. Tasks may be done in any order, but the previous tiers of a diary must be completed to claim rewards of the next tier.

Trivia

  • The Karamja Diary was the only Achievement Diary in Old School RuneScape until the introduction of other diaries in an update on 5 March 2015. The update also introduced an elite tier for the Karamja Diary.
  • This diary's design is slightly different than other Achievement Diaries:
    • The antique lamp experience for the completion of each tier is different than the other diaries.
    • Completing each task, or all tasks of a tier, results in a completion audio jingle. This jingle is different for each tier, with the exception of the elite tier having no jingle at all.
    • The diary had different taskmasters for each tier: Pirate Jackie the Fruit for the easy tier, Kaleb Paramaya for the medium tier, the Jungle forester for the hard tier, and TzHaar-Mej for the elite tier. This was changed in an update on 30 March 2017.
