The Karamja Volcano is located on the island of Karamja between Brimhaven to Musa Point. An entrance at the top leads to the Crandor and Karamja Dungeon, providing passage to Mor Ul Rek and Crandor.

To reach the Karamja Volcano, one can use one of the following methods.

• Teleport with an amulet of glory to the docks north-east in Musa Point, and run west.
• From Port Sarim, pay the 30-coin fare to Captain Tobias, Seaman Lorris, or Seaman Thresnor to sail to Musa Point, then run west.
• Sail to Musa Point using your ship, or any charter ship, then run west.
• Sail to Brimhaven using any charter ship, then run south-east.
• From Shilo Village, pay the 200 coin fare for the Shilo Village cart system to travel to Brimhaven, then run south-east.
• Take a fairy ring to BLP to arrive in Mor UI Rek, run north-east to the Cave exit, then climb the nearby rope to reach the surface.

• Several low-level monsters, such as imps, scorpions, snakes, and monkeys can be found roaming around.
• There is one seaweed spawn at the north-east edge of the volcano near a group of tropical trees.
• Many dead trees can be found at the top of the volcano.
