Kaleb Paramaya runs the Paramaya Inn on the 1st floor of the north-east building in Shilo Village. He sells Paramaya tickets for 35 coins or a pack of 5 for 175 coins. These grant access to the dormitory to sleep, however, as players do not need to sleep, this is a purely aesthetic feature.
He also sells a jug of wine for 1 coin or two glasses of beer for 2 coins.

Trivia
- Kaleb and the dormitory access that he provides are holdovers from RuneScape Classic, where players were regularly required to sleep in beds or sleeping bags due to the Fatigue mechanic.
