The Paramaya Inn is situated in Shilo Village and managed by Kaleb Paramaya, who previously served as the master for the medium Karamja Diary. Although Pirate Jackie the Fruit has since assumed responsibility for all Karamja diaries, players can still teleport to the Inn with the achievement diary cape as a legacy of Kaleb's former role.
Players can purchase wine for one coin and beer for two coins, or buy a Paramaya ticket for 35 coins to "rent a room" on the the Inn's upper floor. While the top floor contains beds and cabinets, it currently serves no functional purpose. In RuneScape Classic, the Inn was useful for recovering Fatigue; however, as fatigue and nighttime mechanics do not exist in Old School RuneScape, the beds are purely decorative, and the Inn is now primarily used as a waypoint for people using the achievement cape teleport to reach Shilo Village.
