TzHaar-Mej is a TzHaar who can be found in in Mor Ul Rek beneath the Karamja volcano. They were previously the diary master for the Elite Karamja Diary before an update. Although they no longer have a purpose, the achievement diary cape can still be used to teleport directly to them.
