TzHaar-Ket-Keh is a TzHaar guarding the entrance to the Inferno minigame. He will require a sacrifice of one fire cape to allow the player to enter the Inferno challenge.
Players may exchange their infernal capes with TzHaar-Ket-Keh for a 1/100 chance of obtaining a pet Jal-nib-rek.
Players may use a Tzkal slayer helmet (i) on him to gain the slayer helm's accuracy and damage bonus in the Inferno and Fight Caves while the helm is equipped, without needing to be on a TzKal-Zuk or TzTok-Jad Slayer task. No Slayer XP will be gained from Inferno or Fight Caves enemies killed this way, and the boosted pet chance will not apply.

Trivia
- It is the only TzHaar-Ket who wields a Toktz-mej-tal. This suggests it is capable of both magical and melee attacks.
