Pelters' Veg Stall is a tiny store located near Emir's Arena and pillories found throughout Gielinor. Players can buy rotten tomatoes there, which can be pelted at players that are locked up in the cages by a pillory guard in the Pillory random event, and participating in player vs. player in Emir's Arena. The shop is accessed through the crate filled with rotten tomatoes.
Whilst the Tramp is not present at Emir's Arena, rotten tomatoes are still able to be purchased from the crate. It serves a similar purpose to the nearby Shop of Distaste provided by the banker Fadli.
The shop stock of rotten tomatoes is shared between its five locations.
