The crate is found near the bank at Emir's Arena and pillories found throughout Gielinor. It is filled with rotten tomatoes which players can purchase at Pelters' Veg Stall which is accessed through the crate. Rotten tomatoes can be pelted at players that are locked up in the cages by a pillory guard in the Pillory random event, or participating in player vs. player in Emir's Arena.
