Iron sickles can be purchased from Gardener Gunnhild on the island of Miscellania for 15 coins each. Players must have completed the Fremennik Trials quest to get to the island of Miscellania.

The item has no uses; if you ask Gunnhild what the iron sickle is used for, she says, "I can't think of anything just now. But you can buy one if you like, Your Highness!"

The iron sickle, along with the silver sickle, were historically used during the Throne of Miscellania quest to weed the herb garden. These interactions were removed with the release of Royal Trouble.
