The Crasher was an unobtainable item only present during the RuneScape 2 beta. It had an identical appearance and examine information to the Gnomeball.
Its name suggests that it could possibly have been used in order to crash the game, although it is unknown why Jagex moderators would feel it necessary to create an item with this purpose.
