The Helper was an unobtainable item added with the Werewolf Agility Course. Presumably, it was used by Jagex moderators to test the course during development, but was accidentally added to the live game. It did not have any options.
By February 2005, the item and its banknote version had been deleted. They were later replaced by the Wolfbane lever and Olive stuffer respectively.
