A bottle of soul juice is an alcoholic drink acquired by prying open a sealed crate just west of the Brittle Isle. Doing so requires a crowbar in the inventory, which in turn requires completion of Prying Times to obtain.

Drinking the bottle grants 75 Sailing experience, and its effects differ depending on whether the player has drunk the bottle of soul. If it was not yet drunk, drinking this bottle will initiate a conversation with Death, who informs the player that they consumed a soul before extracting it, warning the player not to be so careless next time.

Otherwise, drinking this bottle will deal damage equal to 90% of the player's maximum hitpoints (rounded down); this can kill the player if their health is too low.

In other words, drinking the bottle of soul juice will only damage you if you've drunk the bottle of soul before.

    • Player: I thought it was just some sort of marketing nonsense!
    • Death: Well it wasn't. Hold still whilst I extract your unfortunate victim.
    • You feel a painful shiver in your spine.
    • Death: It is done. Do not be so careless again, or I shall not be so forgiving.
