Eclipse Red is an alcoholic drink sold at The Flaming Arrow in Civitas illa Fortis, as well as at Moonrise Wines and Sunlight's Sanctum on Aldarin. Drinking it restores 16 Hitpoints and temporarily boosts Woodcutting by 1 while draining Attack by 5 and Fletching by 1. It can also be found at the Hunter Guild, at the top floor of Guildmaster Apatura's quarters.
Upon drinking the wine, a message in the chatbox will state, You drink the Eclipse red. It tastes great, but maybe not 1,000 coins great.
These are a popular money-making method for ironmen, which consists of grabbing the single wine spawn on the second floor of the Hunter Guild and hopping worlds in order to grab more wines, then later selling them in noted form in Moonrise Wines at 700 gp apiece.
According to the book Moonrise Wines, Eclipse Red has distinct flavours of redberry, dwellberry, oak, and teak, pairing well with roasted meats and meaty pies.
