Mature greenman's ale is a type of ale that restores 2 Hitpoints and temporarily boosts Herblore by 2, while also draining 2 Attack and Strength when drunk. It can be obtained through brewing at level 29 Cooking, granting 281 experience per batch. It is the stronger, or 'mature' version of a greenman's ale, with a 5% chance (increased to 64% with "the stuff") for your batch to become matured during brewing.
Compared to the non mature version, this ale restores 1 more Hitpoint, boosts an additional 1 Herblore level, while no longer draining Defence and draining 1 less Attack and Strength.
