A bottle of underground passteurised milk is an alcoholic drink acquired by prying open a sealed crate north-west of Ynysdail in Porth Gwenith. Doing so requires a crowbar in the inventory, which in turn requires completion of Prying Times to obtain.

Drinking the bottle grants 75 Sailing experience, and will deal damage equal to two-thirds of the player's maximum hitpoints (rounded down); this can kill the player if their health is too low.

• The examine text references Kalrag, the giant spider in the Underground Pass.
• The drinking message mentions an "unseen skill check", a play on the numerous unpredictable skill checks when going through the Underground Pass that deal considerable damage to the player when failed. Crowdsourcing suggests this message may be purely flavour text.
