A bottle of barracuda brew is an alcoholic drink acquired by prying open a sealed crate just south of the bank boat in the Barracuda Belt. Doing so requires a crowbar in the inventory, which in turn requires completion of Prying Times to obtain.

Drinking the bottle grants 75 Sailing experience, and will knock the player character backwards and stun them for a short period of time.

Warning: When drank on a raft, it is supposedly possible for the knock back to push the player off their boat, dealing rapid damage and eventually killing them.
