A bottle of fishier bladderier stout is an alcoholic drink acquired by prying open a sealed crate in Fremensund, to the north-east of Rellekka. Doing so requires a crowbar in the inventory, which in turn requires completion of Prying Times to obtain.

Drinking the bottle grants 75 Sailing experience, and will teleport the player to an instanced version of the troll arena, where they will have to face three trolls: The rocks, Chuck up, and Daddy's special water. It is not required to kill them to complete this sea charting task, though each of them will drop an item granting a one-time 100 Sailing experience. Escaping the arena will teleport the player inside the Rellekka Longhall, after which they may drink another bottle to attempt the fight against all three trolls again, regardless of how many they defeated.

Players can get back on their boat with no loss of non-courier task cargo, depending on the player's Sailing level; the boat will be docked at Rellekka if the player's Sailing level is at least 62 and they have completed The Fremennik Trials, or Port Sarim if not.
