A bottle of fishtongue tonic is an alcoholic drink acquired by prying open a sealed crate to the north-west of the Piscatoris Fishing Colony. Doing so requires a crowbar in the inventory, which in turn requires completion of Prying Times to obtain.

Drinking the bottle grants 75 Sailing experience, and will cause the player to talk in "fishtongue" for a short period of time, while temporarily boosting Fishing by 3. Actual chat messages sent by the player are unaffected, though players will be prevented from commanding crewmates until the effect wears off.
