A bottle of self-congratulation wine is an alcoholic drink acquired by prying open a sealed crate to the north of Shimmering Atoll. Doing so requires a crowbar in the inventory, which in turn requires completion of Prying Times to obtain.

Drinking the bottle grants 75 Sailing experience, and will set off fireworks identical to the ones seen when reaching level 99 in a skill.
