The profit rate assumes 85 kills per hour. Your actual profits may be higher or lower depending on your speed and luck.
Killing basilisk knights is a low effort activity to train Slayer and combat stats. They are located in Jormungand's Prison beneath the Island of Stone, and players are required to use a mirror shield or V's shield to avoid extra damage and heavy stat drains. They are killed for their rare Basilisk jaw, which contributes to a majority of the value in killing basilisk knights. Without that drop, killing basilisk knights brings in about 152,916.15 GP/hr.
When meleeing, it is recommended to use Protect from Magic at all times and tank their melee hits. Bring plenty of Prayer potions along with high-healing food such as Sharks, runes for High Level Alchemy, and super combat potions. An Amulet of Blood Fury may be worn in place of an Amulet of Torture, (or brought as a swap) to allow longer trips at the cost of reduced profit.
With better gear and higher stats, it is possible to achieve close to 100 kills/hour.
If you are on a Slayer task with Bigger and badder enabled, you can expect approximately 60,312.71 additional GP/h from Basilisk sentinel spawns. If you have reached the elite combat achievements tier, you can expect approximately 80,416.95 additional GP/h.
