    1. ^ This guide only covers the achievement diary cape teleport method. Players interested in other methods may refer to the training guide section on nature runecrafting.

Note for Ironmen: Ali's Discount Wares will buy unlimited nature runes for 90 each. Assuming 110 trips per hour, this method produces 2,090,880 worth of nature runes per hour if sold to Ali.

The listed profit rate assumes 110 trips per hour, but 120-125 trips per hour can be achieved when tick perfect. This includes the time required to repair the pouch and restore stamina.

Because this method relies heavily on achievement diary cape teleports, the "Menu Entry Swapper" plugin on RuneLite is highly recommended since it allows players to configure 1-click teleports for the cape if the "Teleport submenus" setting is toggled on. Without the plugin, players must navigate a sub-menu for each teleport, though this can still be done efficiently by using keyboard shortcuts. The plugin can also be used to swap the left click option on the colossal pouch to "Empty" when outside of the bank interface and "Fill" when inside.

To begin a trip, use the achievement diary cape in your inventory to teleport to Kaleb Paramaya. Climb down the ladder, run north-east to the agility shortcut, then run north to the Nature Altar. Craft runes at the altar, teleport to the bank to retrieve more essence, then repeat the process. The player can keep the camera facing east for the entire trip.

For banking, players should use either the achievement diary cape teleport to Jarr or the Crafting cape teleport. Using the crafting cape teleport places the player a few tiles closer to the bank, but using the Jarr teleport allows the player to bring one additional essence each trip. All things considered, the Jarr teleport is very slightly (<1%) more efficient, assuming it is configured for 1-click teleports each way (e.g. left-click to Jarr and shift-click to Kaleb Paramaya).

If not using Runecraft cape or Max cape, the Colossal pouch will degrade every 8 trips, which reduces its capacity from 40 to 35 essence. When this happens, players can use the Astral Contact spell to contact the Dark Mage and repair the pouch. As soon as the Dark Mage responds with "Fine. A simple transfiguration spell should resolve things for you", the pouch will be repaired and you may exit the dialogue without going any further.

When run energy is almost depleted, players should use the equipped desert amulet 4 to teleport to Nardah and restore their stamina at the Elidinis Statuette. Ideally, this should be done immediately before the player would otherwise teleport to the bank or to Kaleb Paramaya in order to minimize the disruption to the trip.

This guide assumes players will carry 66 essence each trip (40 in the pouch + 26 in the inventory). For players under level 99, this is accomplished by equipping the achievement diary cape, attuning the hat of the eye to a nature or catalytic tiara, and storing nature runes in the rune pouch each trip before banking. However, if navigating to the equipment tab to use the cape teleports adds even one tick on average to the trips, it is more efficient to keep the cape in the inventory and equip a weight reducing cape instead. Players with the Runecraft cape or max cape equipped can still bring 66 essence per trip, while achievement diary cape will take an inventory slot, the rune pouch does not need to be brought as the Runecraft cape removes the need for Astral Contact.
When using a similar technique, but using karamja gloves 3 or 4 instead of the diary cape, players should expect to achieve 70-75 trips per hour.
