Mining Rubium rocks for their stackable Rubium splinters at the Charred Island Dungeon mine is a mid-level mining activity. Rubium rocks are found in the middle of the dungeon past Black dragons and Red dragons, though protection will not be necessary after reaching the mine.
Alternatively, you may choose to mine Rubium deposits which you can crack open with a hammer and chisel to yield rubium splinters. However, this will only yield approximately 10k/hr mining experience and approximately half as many splinters per hour as the more active method.
