Wizards have 10 Magic and lower Strength and Attack stats, so using melee against wizards is the best option. A high Magic level to have more defence against their magic attacks is also helpful. They have a low Hitpoints of 14, so they can be killed quickly at higher combat levels. Most of their drops are stackable, so you don't need to bank often, and the bank at Draynor is not far away. Since you can stay there for so long and they have low Hitpoints, you can kill upwards of 300 an hour in the low to mid level combat stats.
