The Horse shoe was an unobtainable item present in the RuneScape 2 beta files. It was used in the original design for Death Plateau. Presumably, it would have been made by the Burthorpe smith and used to ascend the plateau.
The item could never be obtained by players, and was removed before the end of the beta. In the final version of Death Plateau released in August, it was replaced by Spiked boots.
