A chest can be found in the southern-most part of the Lassar Undercity. It cannot be opened when in the Shadow Realm. Upon first opening the chest with a lockpick, the player will be teleported to cave-like area on the top floor of the north-west building in the Science District, where players cannot leave via climbing back down the stairs.

When the ghosts there are defeated, they will be teleported to a gated area in the south-east where they must kill additional ghosts, where a portal will appear afterwards. However, they will end up on the top of the south-western watchtower in the plaza, where climbing down the ladders will result in being placed back on the top floor. After defeating all the ghosts, they will whisper "Until next time..." and the event ends.

Afterwards, the player can return to the chest to loot it. A lockpick is still required to open it, and the chest takes 60 seconds to respawn after being opened. It has a chance to give a thread upon being looted.
