The Culinaromancer's Chest in the Lumbridge Castle basement is only visible after starting the Recipe for Disaster quest and viewing the cutscene after entering the castle's dining hall. It is a bank and two different shops. Completing more subquests increases the stock of the foods available as well as selling increasing tiers of Culinaromancer's gloves and kitchen weaponry.
Completing the elite Lumbridge & Draynor Diary provides a discount of 20% to all items sold in the chest.
