Stealing valuables in Civitas illa Fortis is a two-part process. First, House keys need to be pickpocketed from Wealthy citizens across the city. They are regularly distracted by street urchins, and can be automatically pickpocket with a 100% success rate. You can pickpocket approximately 570 wealthy citizens if only pickpocketing when they are distracted, collecting 67 house keys per hour and 91,000 GP (with the rogue's outfit).

With an ample supply of keys, you can burgle 19 houses per hour. This means it requires approximately 1 hour of pickpocketing house keys for 3.5 hours of stealing valuables, or a combined average of 119 wealthy citizens thieved and 14 houses burgled if done in a single hour.

Once inside the houses, you will loot valuables that can be exchanged with Oriana for 55 coins each, or 65 after achieving Gladiator rank in the Fortis Colosseum by reaching 8,000 Glory. You will also loot an assortment of jewellery that can be alchemized between houses or banked. You will find about 1.5 blessed bone statuettes per hour burgled, worth up to 750 prayer experience when broken down and offered at the libation bowl.

Pickpocketing wealthy citizens and stealing valuables are notable for their low intensity compared to other Thieving training methods. They only require you to perform an action every minute or two, with sound cues to alert the player when actions are needed.
