Inventory Expansion refers to the player's ability to increase the number of certain items that can be held within their inventory; by use of various items in Old School RuneScape.
While there are many items that have their own inventory, when held or equipped, there is no way to permanently increase the player's backpack inventory above the default 28 slots.
