A looting bag note is an item that can be purchased at Justine's stuff for the Last Shopper Standing for 1 Last Man Standing point. It can be used on a banker or bank booth/chest in exchange for a looting bag.

As players cannot own more than one looting bag, looting bag notes can act as backup bags should the player lose their looting bag.

When read, the note reads: The Bank of RuneScape promises to pay the bearer, on demand, one Looting Bag, provided the bearer is eligible to receive one. Use this Note on a bank booth to exchange it.

• The phrase "[...] promises to pay the bearer on demand..." is based on the declaration found on British pound sterling banknotes.
