Arthur the Clue Hunter is the Clue Tutor found in The Sheared Ram pub in Lumbridge, denoted by the map icon on the minimap. He can explain the different tiers of clue scrolls to players, as well as the different challenges clues can present.

Players can talk to him to toggle whether or not they wish to receive clue geodes, clue bottles, and clue nests whilst mining, fishing, woodcutting, or checking bird house traps.
