While running the Advanced Colossal Wyrm Agility Course in the Avium Savannah termites are automatically picked up when they spawn. One hundred termites can be used to purchase an amylase pack from Worm Tongue, which when opened contains 100 amylase crystals.
When termites are scooped up there is a chance to receive 22-28 blessed bone shards which can be sacrificed at the Libation bowl for 5 prayer experience per shard, or 6 if the bowl is filled with jugs of blessed sunfire wine.
