Worm Tongue is an anteater in charge of the Colossal Wyrm Agility Course located at the Colossal Wyrm Remains in Varlamore. Players must speak to Worm Tongue before attempting the agility course for the first time.

Players can right click Worm Tongue and select the Stats option to be told their lap count and their fastest lap, as well as the corresponding global statistics. As of 1 August 2026, for the basic course the total laps are 19,571,393 and the global best time is 0:53.40, and for the advanced course the total laps are 117,758,279 and the global best time is 0:58.20.

Termites collected from running the Colossal Wyrm Agility course can be exchanged with Worm Tongue for rewards.
