Players must make sure to find the rat trap that has respawning cheese on it. One of these is the north-western most trap in the Port Sarim Rat Pits.
Cheese respawns roughly every 60 seconds, so 60 cheese can be expected per hour, but with world-hopping, more cheese can be taken.
If players have a low hitpoints level, it's worth bringing a small amount of food as each cheese picked up deals 3 damage.
