A prayer enhance is a potion made and used within the Chambers of Xeric. Each dose gradually restores the player's Prayer points for either 275 seconds (4 minutes and 35 seconds) or 290 seconds (4 minutes and 50 seconds). The duration appears to vary between players: those who receive a chatbox warning that the effect is about to expire receive the 290-second duration, while those who do not receive the warning receive the 275-second duration.

The potion can be made at level 65 Herblore by using a buchu leaf on a water-filled gourd vial while carrying a cicely in the inventory. This produces a four-dose potion and grants 20 Herblore experience.

It is the standard variant of the prayer enhance potions, alongside prayer enhance (-) and prayer enhance (+). Like the other variants, it cannot be taken outside the Chambers of Xeric.
