Take 1 pot and jug from the top floor of the Cooks' Guild if required.
- Pick 26 wheat from behind the guild building
- Run to the top floor of the Cooks' Guild
- Fill hopper with wheat then operate the hopper controls
- Repeat with the remaining wheat in your inventory
- Go to the bottom floor in between the sink and the flour bin
- Use the jug on the sink
- Fill the pot with flour from the mill. Note: Using the pot on the bin is not required
- Use the jug of water on the pot of flour
- Make Pastry dough
- Repeat steps 6-9 until the bin is empty
- Deposit the Pastry dough at Varrock west bank
