Flour bins can be found in Windmills. A flour bin can be filled with flour by filling the hopper on the top floor of the windmill with wheat, and then pulling the nearby lever. The full bin can be emptied using pots in order to obtain pots of flour. One bin can hold up to 30 pots worth of flour. The amount of flour inside the flour bin is shared between windmills except on Harmony Island.
