South of Falador, just west of Port Sarim, are Malignius Mortifer and non-aggressive elemental wizard spawns. The fire wizard will drop fire talismans and fire runes. To achieve maximum kills per hour at higher stats, hopping worlds will be necessary. Other wizards may be killed as well to hop worlds less, but their talismans are worth much less GP.
