Format
Starting with fresh accounts, each team had 9 days to build accounts on a private Deadman world, from 6 June 2026 to 15 June 2026. Competitors were limited to 120 total hours playtime each, with 6 hours of enforced downtime per day, with the server being closed from 05:00 BST (0:00 EDT) to 11:00 BST (6:00 EDT) each day. There was also a midweek break, with the world being closed on June 11. The world opened June 6th at 13:00 BST (8:00 EDT).
The event was streamed by most of the competitors, as well as an official commentary stream hosted by Solo Mission and PureSpam.

Mechanics
Most game mechanics worked similarly to the seasonal Deadman Mode events. Drop rates were boosted 6x and XP rates were boosted 15x for all skills outside of instances, 3x for combat skills in instances, and no boost for non-combat skills in instances.

Various changes from Deadman: Annihilation, intended to make the game mode more accessible to casual players, were reverted.[1]
- Bank keys were reinstated.
- Deadman's chests were removed.
- Ancient Warriors' armour was removed.
- Some exceptions such as breaches, missions, and blood money. See below for more details.

- Ahrim the Blighted's equipment drops were replaced with equivalent Karil the Tainted's equipment pieces.
Safezones
All safezones except for Varrock were removed. Players spawned, respawned, and could home teleport to the Grand Exchange. Safe deposit boxes were removed and replaced with a designated NPC for each team which could hold up to 40 tradeable items, accessible by any member of a team.
These designated NPCs were:
Sigils
Players began with eight sigils in their bank. Additional sigils were not obtainable in any way.
The starting sigils were:
Additionally, the skull shop was fully removed from the gamemode.
Breaches
Breaches made a return, functioning similarly to those in season 2. They spawned once a day at 20:00 BST (15:00 EDT) in a multi-combat area and lasted for 30 minutes. Breach monsters drop Ancient Warriors' weapons at a rate in 1/90 and corrupted weapons at a rate of 1/80, and attacking a breach monster skulls the player. The breaches took place in the following locations:
- Day 1: Mole Hole
- Day 2: Rogues' Castle
- Day 3: Al Kharid
- Multicombat area expanded to the south and east to include the Shantay Pass and Kalphite Cave entrance
- Day 4: Middle of the Wilderness
- Day 5: South Varlamore (near the Colossal Wyrm Remains)
- Day 6: Mor Ul Rek
- Day 7: Ape Atoll
- Day 8: Port Piscarilius
- Multicombat area expanded to the north-east to include the bank and anglerfish fishing area
Missions
Twice a day, a mission was posted for all teams, at 16:00 BST (11:00 EDT) and 00:00 BST (19:00 EDT). Missions varied in difficulty but always required a specific boss or monster to be killed. The monster dropped a mission totem, which must be brought back to the totem trader at the Grand Exchange to complete the mission and claim the reward. The player currently holding the totem was marked with a red skull, meaning they couldn't safely enter the safezone around Varrock, and if killed in PvP, the totem was lost to the player who killed them, who could turn the totem in for their team instead.
Rewards for turning in a mission totem varied from tier 4 (gear useful for progression) to tier 1 (best-in-slot gear for the finale), with later missions rewarding better gear.[2]
- Tier 1 example power level: Vesta's longsword, Zuriel's staff
- Tier 2 example power level: Armadyl chestplate, Virtus robe bottom
- Tier 3 example power level: Corrupted weapons, Morrigan's throwing axes
- Tier 4 example power level: Statius's warhammer, Vesta's spear
While teams did not know the exact mission or reward in advance, they did know the tier that each mission awards.
When the mission totem is dropped after defeating the target, a global message of was sent.

Blood money
Killing other players during the week rewarded the killer's team with blood money. Kills in single-way combat or later in the week will reward more blood money than those in multicombat areas, at breaches, or earlier in the week. Dying removed 1 blood money from a team's total, regardless of time or location. A team could never have a negative amount of blood money.
Blood money could be spent on upgrades for use exclusively in the finale. Available upgrades were arcane and dexterous prayer scrolls, trinkets of vengeance with two charges, and Saradomin brew upgrades (replacing one anglerfish in the finale inventory). The price of each upgrade increased each time it was purchased. Purchases are for individual team members, not upgrades for the full team.
Additionally, the Vesta's longsword, Zuriel's staff, Morrigan's javelins, and Morrigan's throwing axes were available for purchase but could only be purchased once per team.
Finale rules
Sigils were banned during the finale. Other banned items, spellbooks, actions, etc. include:
- Entity Hider, ::renderself, or the Death Dotter plug-in.
- The Lunar or Arceuus spellbooks
- Phoenix necklaces
- Prayer regeneration potions
- Extra Hitpoints gain through non-PvP means
- Hitpoints gained from special attacks and blood spells is allowed
- Rock cakes, locator orbs, or any other item that lowers a player's Hitpoints intentionally
- More than 1 ring of recoil
- Rings of suffering can have any number of charges
- Drinking potions before a player enters for their team's match
- Players can pre-pot "in line" while waiting for their turn once their team's match has begun
- Pre-seeding the arena with mithril or adamant seeds
- A player placing bets on themselves or other teams
All players began with a base inventory consisting of a ranging potion, supercombat potion, three Sanfew serums, two Saradomin brews, and nine anglerfish or manta rays. One food for each player could be replaced by a Saradomin brew by spending blood money earned by killing other players throughout the week.

Finale
The finale has two stages, a group stage and a bracket. Teams are seeded based on blood money earned. The fights all took place in an altered version of the 1v1 Arena.
During the group stage, the teams are divided into two groups of three each. Each team will fight one match each against the other teams in their group, with the top teams from each group advancing to the semifinals and the semifinal winners advancing to the finals.
Each match is a continuous series of 1v1 fights, starting with the last-row pick for each team and the next teammate stepping in when their teammate dies. The winner is the last team with members still alive.
