The trinket of fortuity is an item in Deadman Mode. When charged with 50,000,000 coins, it adds an extra +100% drop rate multiplier to bosses. For example, this would boost a drop rate multiplier of 6x to 7x. It also makes teleportation behave as if the player is skulled when charged, which adds a seven second timer when attempting to teleport.

In Deadman: Annihilation, it only requires 10,000,000 coins to charge instead of 50,000,000.

It can be acquired as a drop from monsters found during breaches.
