The Sigil of Resistance is a tier 1 combat Deadman Mode sigil. It is a permanent unlock that causes all NPC attacks to deal 25% less damage.

In Deadman: Annihilation, it can be purchased from the skull shop. It can be activated by clicking Attune and is a permanent unlock. There is no limit on how many permanent sigils can be active at once. Duplicate sigils can be sold back to the skull shop by using it on the deadman's skull.

In past Deadman Mode events, the un-attuned version was dropped by most monsters (via the Deadman Mode drop table) and was tradeable on the Grand Exchange.
