The Sigil of Titanium is a tier 3 combat Deadman Mode sigil that causes all attacks from NPCs to do 60% less damage. This effect does not stack with the sigil of resistance. It is a permanent unlock.

In Deadman: Annihilation, it can be purchased from the skull shop. It can be activated by clicking Attune and is a permanent unlock. There is no limit on how many permanent sigils can be active at once. Duplicate sigils can be sold back to the skull shop by using it on the deadman's skull.

In past Deadman Mode events, the un-attuned version was dropped by most monsters (via the Deadman Mode drop table) and was tradeable on the Grand Exchange.
