Annihilation exit portal blueprints are received when first using the Annihilation blueprints to redecorate a player-owned house to the wilderness theme house style. They are used to construct an Annihilation exit portal, which can be used with any house style.

To use the blueprints, players must build an Annihilation exit portal in the centrepiece space of a garden or formal garden in their player-owned house, requiring 10 iron bars and the Annihilation exit portal blueprints. The player must have a hammer and saw in their inventory to build it. If players only have one exit portal in their house, they will not be able to remove it until a second one is built.

Players will not receive back the blueprints upon removing the portal. However, additional copies can be obtained by speaking to Nigel in Lumbridge.
