Vulnerability charms are dropped by breach bosses and monsters with a combat level of at least 200 in the permanent version Deadman Mode. It must be kept in the player's inventory for it to function.
The charm offers the following benefits:
- Accuracy against monsters is boosted by 50% in all combat styles.
- Thrall max hits are multiplied by five.
- Incoming damage from monsters is reduced by 25%.
