Trade in enhanced crystal teleport seeds to Amrod, crush the shards into dust and combine them with super combat potions.
Profit per hour can be greatly improved by equipping a charged Alchemist's amulet and decanting the potions into 1, 2 or 3-dose versions first, as this will yield more divine doses per crystal dust. Bob barter (herbs) at the Grand Exchange can quickly decant your potions at no cost. Make sure to decant all your final divine potions into 4-dose versions again before selling them, as they have higher trade volume.
This guide's calculator assumes you are doing the above with 3-dose potions. If not using the amulet and instead only using 4-dose potions, the expected hourly profit is −6,539,200, after tax.
Using crystal shards saved up from performing Prifddinas activities instead of indirectly buying them allows you to factor out the cost of enhanced crystal teleport seeds, resulting in an hourly profit of 16,897,500 instead, or 15,982,500 after tax.
You may eat a Botanical pie and use Preserve to make these potions starting from 93 . However, this requires additional effort and will lower hourly profits, and is therefore not advised for large quantities.
Depending on the current price of inputs and outputs, sometimes it may instead be more profitable to make 1-dose potions instead of 3-dose potions. Lower seed prices favour 3-doses, while higher seed prices favour 1-doses. Higher margins between regular and divine super combat potions favour 3-doses, while lower margins favour 1-doses. 2-dose potions are generally not efficient to make directly.
Below is a table that may help illustrate this, assuming you are wearing an Alchemist's amulet. It includes the cost of the amulet's charges in the profit calculation.
